Our PM Service Plans

The PM Service Plan is the centerpiece of our Fleet Management System. This plan ensures that your fleet receives the proper preventative maintenance. The following is an example of one of our PM Service Plans:

PM “A”

Frequency is once every 3 months with 1 hour of labor. Services include:

Oil Change
Oil Filter Change
Top-Off Windshield Washer Fluid
Check Coolant Level and Top-Off
Check and Top-Off Brake Fluid

PM “B”

Frequency is once every 6 months with 1.5 hours of labor. PM “A” is included within the PM “B” plus more services:

Air Filter Inspection	Differential Fluid Level Inspection
Fuel Filter Replacement	Battery Inspection
Lubricate All Fittings	Operation and Lube Overhead Door Inspection
Brake Inspection	Operation and Lube Lift Gate Inspection
Tire Pressure Inspection	Differential Fluid Level Inspection
Transmission Fluid Level Inspection

PM “C”

Frequency is once yearly with 2.0 hours of labor. PM “B” is included within the PM “C” plus more services:

Full DOT Inspection
Engine, Transmission, and Differential Oil Sent for Analysis

NOTE: The frequency of PMs might be adjustable as the vehicle’s history is developed.
