From cost reports to scheduling notifications, the Middleton & Meads Fleet Management System can help track your vehicle’s maintenance history as well as the costs to maintain your fleet.
The centerpiece of our Fleet Management System is our PM Service Plan. This plan makes sure that your fleet receives the proper preventative maintenance. The following is an example of one of our PM Service Plans:
PM “A”
Frequency: Once every 3 months.
Labor Hours: 1
Description of Services:
- Change Oil
- Change Oil Filter
- Top-Off Windshield Washer Fluid
- Check Coolant Level and Top-Off
- Check and Top-Off Brake Fluid
PM “B”
Frequency: Once every 6 months.
Labor Hours: 1.5
Description of Services:
- Change Oil
- Change Oil Filter
- Top-Off Windshield Washer Fluid
- Check Coolant Level and Top-Off
- Check and Top-Off Brake Fluid
- Inspect Air Filter
- Replace Fuel Filter
- Lubricate all Fittings
- Check Brakes
- Check Tire Pressure
- Check Transmission Fluid Level
- Check Differential Fluid Level
- Check Battery
- Check Operation and Lube Overhead Door
- Check Operation and Lube Lift Gate
- Check Anti-Freeze Protection Level

PM “C”
Frequency: Once a year
Labor Hours: 2.0
Description of Services:
- Change Oil
- Change Oil Filter
- Top-Off Windshield Washer Fluid
- Check Coolant Level and Top-Off
- Check and Top-Off Brake Fluid
- Inspect Air Filter
- Replace Fuel Filter
- Lubricate all Fittings
- Check Brakes
- Check Tire Pressure
- Check Transmission Fluid Level
- Check Differential Fluid Level
- Check Battery
- Check Operation and Lube Overhead Door
- Check Operation and Lube Lift Gate
- Check Anti-Freeze Protection Level
- Full DOT Inspection
- Engine, Transmission, and Differential Oil Sent for Analysis
